2 hand fulls of raw almonds
1 hand full of raw pepitas
2 tsp linseeds (flaxseeds)
1 big hand full of pitted dates
3–4 frozen bananas
2 big hand fulls frozen raspberries
2 Tbsp tahini
1 Tbsp agave syrup
1 litre water
1. Add almonds, pepitas and flaxseeds to your Thermomix and grind for 20 sec/ speed 9, or until finely ground.
2. Add dates and grind for another 10-20 sec /speed 9, until fine.
3. Add bananas, raspberries, tahini, agave and water, blend for 1 minute /speed 9.
4. Enjoy!
