Banana Raspberry Smoothie

Ingredients

2 hand fulls of raw almonds

1 hand full of raw pepitas

2 tsp linseeds (flaxseeds)

1 big hand full of pitted dates

34 frozen bananas

2 big hand fulls frozen raspberries

2 Tbsp tahini

1 Tbsp agave syrup

1 litre water

Instructions

1. Add almonds, pepitas and flaxseeds to your Thermomix and grind for 20 sec/ speed 9, or until finely ground.

2. Add dates and grind for another 10-20 sec /speed 9, until fine.

3. Add bananas, raspberries, tahini, agave and water, blend for 1 minute /speed 9.

4. Enjoy!

Notes

  • If you have time, soak almonds and seeds overnight, then drain off the water, add all other ingredients and blend 1 minute /speed 9.
  • You can swap agave syrup for maple syrup.
