Here’s an easy fruit and nut cereal that’s delicous for breakfast or a nutritious snack… Eat it on it’s own, or with some almond milk (or rice-almond milk). This recipe is inspired by the raw fruit cereals in “The Fit For Life Cookbook” by Marilyn Diamond. It makes about 2 – 3 servings.

Hi Jo,
I use this wonderful recipe alot.Hubby just looks at it and snorts at the things I eat!!
Ha ha – I have a husband who snorts at some of the things I eat too!
How long will this last in the fridge? Thanks
It won’t be very nice kept in the fridge as it will go brown, but it freezes well and you can eat it as a frozen treat or blend up for ice cream or in smoothies! (Freeze in ice cube trays.)
