Raw Fruit Cereal - Quirky Cooking
Here’s an easy fruit and nut cereal that’s delicous for breakfast or a nutritious snack… Eat it on it’s own, or with some almond milk (or rice-almond milk). This recipe is inspired by the raw fruit cereals in “The Fit For Life Cookbook” by Marilyn Diamond. It makes about 2 – 3 servings.

It won’t be very nice kept in the fridge as it will go brown, but it freezes well and you can eat it as a frozen treat or blend up for ice cream or in smoothies! (Freeze in ice cube trays.)
