Ingredients
  1. 300g fresh pineapple, cut into chunks
  2. 1 ruby red grapefruit, peeled, deseeded & quartered
  3. 2 kiwifruit, peeled and halved
  4. a good chunk of fresh ginger, peeled (about 2 cms)
  5. 60g raw honey
  6. 300g ice cubes
Instructions
  1. Whiz up all ingredients in Thermomix for 1 1/2 minutes on speed 10.

Fill glasses two thirds full, top up with soda water, and stir. Enjoy!
