In-Person Workshops
Cook with Jo, learn gut-healthy recipes & cooking tips, meet fellow Quirky cooks, & enjoy a delicious lunch or dinner together!
Next Workshops:
BRISBANE: 18th April, 5pm - 9pm, Sassafras of Paddington
TOOWOOMBA: 20th April, 10am - 2pm, Relish Cafe, Highfields
MALANDA: 2nd May, 10am - 1pm, Malanda Lodge
Come and cook with me, then sit down together to enjoy a beautiful, nourishing lunch or dinner!
In this hands-on class, you’ll learn new skills while having fun creating real-food dishes from scratch. Build your confidence with practical techniques like portioning a raw chicken, making a nourishing stock, basic cheese-making skills, a simple appetiser, a creative salad, a nourishing main meal and a decadent (but gut-friendly) dessert… while also saving time and money.
We’ll cook side by side and you’ll be able to ask questions as we go, learning skills by doing, and then enjoying the results together!
Experience cooking multiple dishes at the same time, just like real life – but with my support to reduce the stress. You’ll also learn to adjust recipes to use what you have or cater for special diets.
This is a learn-by-doing experience: ask questions, try new cooking techniques, discover gut-healthy recipes your family will love, and enjoy connecting with a group of like-minded people as we finish by sharing a delicious meal together.
