However, refunds or exchanges are not required under the ACL for:

  • Misuse or mishandling of the product.
  • Minor imperfections that do not affect the product’s functionality.

Our Returns Policy

We accept returns for the following reasons:

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 2 days of delivery to arrange a return or exchange.

  • We may request photos of the product and packaging to assess the issue.
  • If eligible, we will cover the cost of return postage.

Change of Mind Returns

While we are not required by law to accept change of mind returns, we offer exchanges or store credits for items returned within 30 days of purchase, provided:

1.The item is in original condition, unused, and with all packaging intact.
2.The customer covers return shipping costs.

Shipping Costs

  • For faulty, damaged, or incorrect items, we will send you a return shipping label to use
  • For change of mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
