I received this book as present from my partner for my birthday. I love cooking. However, my partner has bad food allergies (gluten, Shellfish, dairy) and is very specific about refined sugar and oils. This book changed everything. All recipes are adapted to his diet. The flavours are incredible and the recipes are so different from the other gluten-free cookbooks by which I have been really disappointed (nutritionally and uniqueness of the recipes). Life-changing food uses traditional easy to find ingredients and mix them in a way that creates completely different flavours. We are amazed by what we eat and our friends are so impressed. I like the 2 options (thermomix and non-thermomix) as I do not have a thermomix. Really high-quality book. The balance of flavours in every recipe is amazing. And I know it will fit my partner’s dietary requirements.
