All dishes are gluten free, grain free, soy free, refined sugar free, and most are dairy free. If you have special dietary needs, you can let me know and I will make sure you are catered for!

Workshop recipes are all gluten free (most are grain free) and refined sugar free, with dairy, nut and egg-free options wherever possible. Some recipes have Thermomix prep/cooking options, but a Thermomix is not necessary as there are also conventional methods.
