We “keep it real” as we cook meals for the week ahead and get creative with what we have on hand. We provide recipes the Friday before each class, so you can get the ingredients and cook along with us. Be prepared for a bit of spur-of-the-moment recipe development and plenty of laughs! 😁
- Join in and cook with us live two Mondays each month at 11am AEST – or watch the replay and cook later
- Don’t have a Thermomix? No problem! Anytime we use a Thermomix we also give a non-Thermomix method, plus there are a lot of the recipes made on the stovetop or in the oven.
- Buy 2 months at a time and save!

Workshop recipes are all gluten free (most are grain free) and refined sugar free, with dairy, nut and egg-free options wherever possible. Some recipes have Thermomix prep/cooking options, but a Thermomix is not necessary as there are also conventional methods.
