Another wonderful cookbook from Quirky Jo, the recipes are always full of flavours???? making the chicken provencal today. We love so many recipes but I will say the beef and cabbage soup is divine, pulled pork and slaw, the zucchini pepita muffins, buttered apples with ghee!!!! Beautiful cookbook to have (I actually use it as decoration on my buffet sitting in a bamboo stand????).

Jo I am totally loving this book. I’m currently travelling and took photos of my favourite recipes before leaving home so they can inspire me as I travel with out my Thermomix! I’ve really enjoyed the simplicity of these recipes and how they can be adapted to what’s in the pantry/ fridge. I also really like how the recipes have traditional and Thermomix methods.

Love, love this book – I have many cookbooks – this one is my favourite alongside Jo’s other two cookbooks. The information and recipes so so good – I would recommend this to anyone who wants healthy, nutritious and mainly simple to prepare. I have just made the almond pastry and have chicken defrosting to make the Baked Chicken Provençal for dinner tonight. Thank you Jo!!

I just want to give another praise to the stove top roast lamb in SHF. The lamb was still soft and moist when we heat it up as leftovers. My 22mo could easily chew it and he happily eats all the lamb, vege, and drinks loads of the soup. He keeps asking for more soup. I don’t know how he is storing all that liquid.
Thank you Jo Whitton so much for this cookbook. Honestly I have never cooked this many recipes from one cookbook before. I like cookbooks and buy a lot of them. But SHF is by far the most practical and best value for money for people who want to eat nourishing meals and cut sugar. I also love the storage tips on freezing and days we can keep in fridge etc. Just amazing.

Excellent variety of recipes especially great for people like me who have food allergies and can’t eat gluten.
Such gorgeous pictures and most foods contain everyday ingredients which means you don’t have to race to the shops with a huge list,
I love the simplicity of this book

Great to have traditional and thermomix instructions. Who knew ghee and apples would make a fantastic dessert and oh the choc-Orange pecan pears; yum! A fantastic allergy friendly birthday cake too. Wonderful book xx

Omg thanks Jo. Such an amazing resource to have in the family. My family has loved every single recipe I’ve cooked from your cookbook and it’s definitely my favourite cookbook I own.
I love the simplicity of the recipes and not having to run around looking for lots of ingredients. I love the variations too so you can make do with what you have on hand.
Thanks for sharing your recipes with us all.
